Job Overview
This is a hybrid role for a mechanically inclined and growth-oriented individual. You’ll start by supporting our lead technician with high-quality installations, service, and project work. Over time, you may take on responsibilities related to admin support, proposal drafting, pricing, scheduling, and client communication—depending on your aptitude and ambition.

Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities:
- Support senior technician on residential AV and smart home installations
- Pull wire, mount TVs, terminate RJ45s, crimp connectors, and punch down cables
- Perform work in attics, crawlspaces, and other hands-on environments
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and assist with van upkeep
Operational & Administrative (as time allows):
- Assist with documentation and drafting project proposals
- Support pricing and estimating processes
- Learn about client scheduling and customer communication
- Potential to evolve into a junior sales or coordination role with business development elements
Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined and experienced with hand tools
- Curious, coachable, and self-motivated—willing to learn outside of work hours
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality; solution-oriented and eager to grow
- Strong listener with good retention—can follow direction and ask for help when needed
- Able to work on job sites without distraction—focused and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with AV, IT, or electrical work is a strong plus
- Experience in the military, trades, or construction is highly valued

Compensation
$25–$35/hr, based on experience and demonstrated skill level
