Job Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving new business opportunities and developing long-term client relationships. You will consult with luxury home builders, architects, and affluent clientele to tailor AV, automation, and security solutions to their needs. This role requires a polished, professional approach with an emphasis on building trust, credibility, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and engage prospective clients, including high-net-worth individuals, builders, and architects, to to expand the company’s presence in the hIlton Head and Bluffton areas
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop consultative relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their homes and businesses
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage your sales funnel, from lead identification to closing deals. Follow up diligently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals for both small-scale and high-end projects, coordinating with the design team for complex systems
  • CRM Maintenance: Ensure all client interactions, proposals, and project statuses are up-to-date within the CRM system (HubSpot and NetSuite)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within residential AV, technology integration, or adjacent industries (e.g. architecture, interior design)
  • Proven ability to build strong, lasting client relationships 
  • HIghly organized, with excellent time management and communication skills 
  • Consultative sales approach with the ability to deliver high-quality, custom solutions 
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment, managing multiple high-profile clients

Compensation
Base salary of $50,000-$65,000 plus commission potential with on-target earnings of $100,000+
