Lead AV Technician
Company Overview
We are partnering with a premier residential technology integration firm that has built its reputation on a true “customer-first” philosophy. This company prioritizes long-term client relationships, exceptional craftsmanship, and doing what’s right for the customer over simply maximizing profit. Their team is made up of professionals who genuinely care about one another, collaborate openly, and take pride in delivering high-performance smart home experiences the right way.

This is an environment where teammates genuinely support one another. Leadership invests in training, development, and making sure employees have the tools they need to succeed. Ego-driven personalities don’t thrive here—collaboration does.
True Work-Life Balance
The field team works a 4x10 schedule, giving employees a consistent three-day weekend every week. Overtime is the exception, not the expectation, because leadership understands that life outside of work matters.

The company hosts monthly “TNT” (Training & Togetherness) days that combine hands-on training with team-building events and outings. The culture encourages mentorship, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
