Job Overview

This position is pivotal in driving the company’s growth by securing new business opportunities. It demands a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a keen understanding of the builder and architect sectors, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to think strategically to drive the company’s success. 

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: 
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential AV market to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
  • Brand Awareness: 
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition in the residential AV space, leveraging various marketing channels and promotional activities
  • Lead Generation: 
    • Utilize marketing tools and techniques to generate high-quality leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel to conversion 
  • Industry Partnerships: 
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including architects, custom home builders, decorators, and real estate agents, to drive referrals and collaborative opportunities
  • Sales Process Management: 
    • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial lead generation to finalizing product scope and design for clients, ensuring a seamless and position customer experience
  • Client Consultation: 
    • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences, proving expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their requirements 
  • Proposal Development: 
    • Create detailed proposals and presentations for clients, clearly outlining product options, design plans, and pricing to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Market Research: 
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously improve product offerings and sales strategies 
  • Reporting Analysis: 
    • Track and report of sales performance, lead generation activities, and market trends, using data to refine and optimize sales tactics and strategies 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in residential sales experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
