Job Overview

The Warehouse Associate will play a vital role in day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and assisting in the assembly of pumps and motors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys physical work, and is eager to contribute across multiple areas.

Responsibilities

  • Perform shipping and receiving duties, ensuring accurate inventory and documentation
  • Organize, move, and stage materials using forklifts and other equipment
  • Assist in the assembly and building of pumps and motors (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Support team members and jump in where needed—this is a multifaceted role
  • Occasionally interact with delivery drivers; bilingual communication skills are a plus
     

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
  • Strong work ethic, accountability, and adaptability are a must
  • Comfortable working in a hot, industrial environment
  • Ability to lift heavy items and be on your feet throughout the day
  • Forklift experience preferred (certification not required—company will train)
  • Welding experience is a plus
  • Automotive, construction, or mechanical assembly background is beneficial
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus

Compensation

$15–$19 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
