Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong understanding of luxury residential construction and technology integration. This individual will manage project timelines, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver projects that meet scope, budget, and client expectations. The position is based in the Chicago area, with a company-provided vehicle and opportunities for travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines across stakeholders
- Coordinate subcontractors, installation teams, and design leads to keep projects aligned
- Serve as a client liaison, ensuring communication and satisfaction from concept through completion
- Monitor project performance, quality control, and ensure alignment with scope
- Adjust schedules and resources as needed to accommodate project changes
- Travel nationally and occasionally internationally to job sites
- Uphold standards of service excellence and technical performance across all installs
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of project management experience in luxury residential construction or AV integration
- Strong knowledge of integrated systems (Crestron, Control4, Lutron, etc.)
- PMP certification preferred, but not required
- Industry certifications such as CTS, CTS-D/I, or CEDIA are a plus
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and client-focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Passport required due to potential international travel
- Open to considering relocation candidates with a compelling reason to move to Chicago

Compensation
$95,000 – $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
