Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of high-end residential AV projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with builders, architects, and technicians. The ideal candidate has a background in AV, construction, or a similar industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of AV integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with architects, builders, and designers to align AV solutions with overall project goals.
- Lead and support technicians, ensuring smooth execution of installations.
- Oversee budgeting, procurement, and scheduling to maintain project efficiency.
- Utilize Basecamp and explore deeper use of D-Tools for project management.
- Drive continuous improvement by refining processes and optimizing workflows.
Qualifications
- Project Management experience in AV, construction, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, builders, and architects.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and workflows.
- A proactive problem solver who can think critically and adapt to challenges.
- Hands-on experience in AV or a strong understanding of construction phases is highly preferred.
- Ability to lead by example and gain respect from technicians.
- Familiarity with Basecamp, D-Tools, or similar project management software.

- Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience).
